01User Agreement

These BMW77 Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and BMW77 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the BMW77 website, mobile application, and all services provided by our platform.

By completing the registration process at BMW77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated in this document. This agreement is a mandatory condition for using any BMW77 service, including deposits, betting, withdrawals, and receiving bonuses.

02Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the BMW77 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) BMW77 account only. Registering additional accounts under the same name, phone number, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. BMW77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonuses without compensation.

03Deposit & Withdrawal

BMW77 accepts deposits via recognised and legitimate Malaysian payment methods. All financial transactions are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption technology.

Winnings withdrawals at BMW77 are processed according to the following hierarchy: members must first withdraw via the same method used for their last deposit. All first-time withdrawals require successful KYC verification. Daily withdrawal limits are RM20,000 for regular members and RM50,000 for VIP Silver members and above.

BMW77 reserves the right to place withdrawal processing on hold for security or compliance review purposes. In such cases, the member will be notified, and the review period will not exceed 5 business days unless exceptional circumstances requiring further investigation arise.

04Bonus & Promotions

05Game Rules

All games available on the BMW77 platform — including video slots, Live Casino, blackjack, baccarat, roulette, table games, fishing games, e-sports, and Sports Betting — are subject to the specific rules set by their respective game providers as well as BMW77's general policies.

Game results displayed on screen are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verified technical failure on BMW77's part. In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, BMW77 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the original stake to the member's account.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface itself
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended
• Winnings are automatically credited to the member's BMW77 account upon completion of each round or match
• For Sports Betting on football such as the Malaysia Super League or EPL, specific bet settlement rules apply depending on the market type
• Odds for sports betting may change before an event begins, and bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement

06Account Security

BMW77 members are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details, including their username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) code. BMW77 strongly recommends that members:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of account protection
• Do not log in to your BMW77 account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the BMW77 support team immediately

BMW77 will never ask for your account password through any communication channel, including email, SMS, live chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, please report it to our support team immediately as it may be a phishing attempt.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BMW77 platform. Violations will result in immediate action, including account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Multiple account registration — registering more than one account using the same or different identities
• Identity fraud — using another person's personal information to register or verify an account
• Use of bots and automation — using automation software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets
• Game manipulation — any attempt to exploit software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors for unfair advantage
• Collusion — colluding with other players to cheat the platform or other players, particularly in poker games or live betting
• Money laundering — using the BMW77 platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage
• Account selling — transferring, selling, or leasing a BMW77 account to any third party

BMW77 employs an advanced fraud detection system that continuously monitors all activity on the platform. Accounts identified as being involved in any of the activities listed above will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and balances in those accounts may be held until the investigation is concluded.

08BMW77 Liability Limits

The BMW77 platform is provided "as is" and to the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law. BMW77 makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

BMW77 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or technical emergencies
• Damage to a user's device not caused by the BMW77 platform
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member themselves
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own failure to safeguard their login credentials
• Any internet disruption or third-party network interruption

In all circumstances, BMW77's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

09Privacy & Data Protection

BMW77 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia. The collection, processing, and storage of members' personal data is carried out in accordance with BMW77's Privacy Policy, which can be read in full at Privacy Policy page us.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you authorise BMW77 to:

• Collecting and processing your personal data for account management and KYC compliance purposes
• Retain records of your financial transactions in accordance with applicable legal requirements
• Using your data for marketing purposes and BMW77 promotional communications (you may opt out at any time)
• Sharing necessary data with the relevant authorities where required by law

10Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

BMW77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

These BMW77 Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Members agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through BMW77's customer support channels before seeking legal remedies.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the affected provision shall be replaced with one that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
